Vuvuzelas and drums are part of African football culture. It is part of their culture and celebration. However, its sheer volume took many by surprise during the 2010 African Nations Cup UK finals during the Nigeria – Uganda game at Terrence McMillan Stadium. Here in the picture, a young fan was seen blowing the vuvuzela trying to get behind his team. It has become a symbol of African soccer as the football grounds are filled with its loud and raucous sound that reflects the exhilaration of supporters.
